That apart the word spread outside Jaipal’s company and soon in over two months from the first deployment, PTVPL was approached by five more construction companies for exploring possibilities of their deploying trained workforce at their projects.

What these companies were surprised to see when they visited Jaipal’s site that these new recruits were not only young and enthusiastic, but were trained to perfection by not only PTVPL’s training staff, but also staff from Australia and Germany which whom PTVPL had collaboration.

This team of young enthusiastic never-say-die workers were eager to progress in life by working hard and above that by working smart. PTVPL had taught them how to work smart and most efficiently, while their hard life back in the villages had taught them to work hard in their fields. So this winning combination made such a work force to be in the high demand.

So, net net PTVPL has been an effective medium to bring out the latent potential in India’s rural work force and had given them the sharp edge of vocational on-site training to be used instantly in immediate deployment thereby giving the young boys gainful employment where they could look forward to progress. To the companies too PTVPL has brought in better profitability by being guaranteed a constant supply of skilled and professionally trained workforce to bank upon for increasing their production, expanding their range of projects and increasing their bottom-line.

What has been unsaid in all this is that it was due to Jaipal’s initiative in taking up what PTVPL was offering him through the business model of PTVPL that Jaipal guaranteed for his company a constant stream of trained dedicated enthusiastic workforce from rural boys who were unemployed or under employed and wanted a decent livelihood. All this led to the net result of bumping up economic progress from the bottom upward, and bringing in better profits for companies, better lifestyle for workers and above all contributing to increasing our national GDP.
